I work in a wide range of media, mostly in acrylic painting as well as a variety crafting and design outlets. In the realm of fine art, I have done acrylic portraits and other pieces on commission. As for crafting, I enjoy creating jewellery, figurines, miniature pieces, greeting cards, ornaments, and many other items. Of special interest to me are traditional ecclesiastical and liturgical art forms, which I incorporate into both fine art and crafting.
In the Projects & Process section you will find descriptions and background concepts for some of my projects. The Discussion section is designed to give liturgical artists and art lovers a chance for banter and feedback– specifically, it is an exploration of confessional Lutheran artistic identity. (You don’t need to be a crafter of specifically liturgically-themed art to participate!) The Links are pages that have relevance to my interest in faith and the arts in the culture. And contact is... contact! Questions, comments things you’d like to see, drop me a note! You will also find some biographical information on this page.
